Precision engineering workshop with CAD wireframe and calipers on a dark workbench

Manufacturing capabilities

Engineering is done in-house. Production runs through our vetted European manufacturing network, so each part is made on the process that suits it - not on whatever machine happens to be in the building.

HP Multi Jet Fusion industrial 3D printer producing nylon parts

HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Production-grade nylon parts with isotropic strength and fine feature resolution. Ideal for functional brackets, housings and end-use components.

  • PA12, PA11, PA12 glass-filled
  • Isotropic mechanical properties
  • Fine feature detail
SLA stereolithography resin 3D printer curing a part

SLA / mSLA Resin Printing

High-resolution stereolithography for watertight, dimensionally accurate parts with injection-mould quality surface finish.

  • Engineering resins
  • Glass-filled variants
  • Smooth surface finish
SLS selective laser sintering nylon printed parts

SLS Nylon Printing

Selective laser sintering in PA12 for durable, chemically resistant parts with excellent living-hinge and snap-fit performance.

  • PA12 / PA11
  • No support structures
  • Great for complex geometries
5-axis CNC milling machine cutting a precision aluminium part

CNC Milling & Turning

3, 4 and 5-axis milling plus CNC turning for parts that need the strength of metal or the stability of engineering plastics.

  • Aluminium, steel, stainless, brass, titanium
  • Delrin, PEEK, PA, PC and more
  • Tolerances down to ±0.02 mm
  • Laser cutting for metals and light alloys
High-temperature FDM 3D printer producing a PEEK part

FDM - advanced thermoplastics

For parts where mechanical and thermal performance is the priority. PEEK, PEEK-CF, Nylon-CF and PPS-CF for demanding applications.

  • PEEK, PEEK-CF
  • Nylon-CF, PPS-CF
  • High temperature and chemical resistance
Vacuum cast polyurethane parts pulled from a silicone tool

Vacuum casting

Silicone tooling taken from a master pattern, for small series with a moulded look and feel. Rigid and rubber-like polyurethanes.

  • 10-50 piece series
  • Rigid and flexible grades
  • Injection-mould appearance
A 3D printed part being post-processed with threaded inserts

Finishing & Hybrid Assembly

Dyeing, vapour smoothing, bead blasting, painting, heat-set inserts and post-machining of critical faces - combined into ready-to-fit assemblies.

  • Heat-set threaded inserts
  • Post-machined interfaces
  • Dye, blast, paint, smooth

Your project stays yours.

Every part we reverse-engineer and produce is confidential and exclusive to the client. We do not resell, share or reproduce a client's parts for anyone else unless the client explicitly authorises it. NDAs available on request.

Quantities

Production runs from 1 to 10,000 pieces. Many components are viable as a single piece, and we quote them that way. Some parts carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - casting and certain machined components in particular. Where that applies, we tell you at quote stage, before you commit.
