How we make them
Geometry captured from your sample including pivots and stops, clearances verified in CAD, produced in temperature-tolerant engineering polymers. Moving assemblies are checked for free movement before shipping.
Typical work: W123 vent sliders, E30 vent fins, heater flap components for air-cooled Porsches.
We reproduce air vents & hvac components to order - send photos of any part.

My vent still moves but sags - can you fix that in the reproduction?
Yes. Sagging usually means a worn pivot or a fatigued spring feature; we restore the original clearance and can stiffen the relevant section so the fix holds.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
How does pricing work for a single part versus a series?
Engineering is quoted once; production is quoted per unit and falls with quantity. For parts that need tooling or long machine set-ups there is a minimum quantity for the job to be viable, and we state it clearly in the quote rather than after you have ordered.
Your project stays yours.
Every part we reverse-engineer and produce is confidential and exclusive to the client. We do not resell, share or reproduce a client's parts for anyone else unless the client explicitly authorises it. NDAs available on request.
