Porsche 356 (1948-1965) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order

On a 356, the details decide whether a restoration reads as right: knobs, escutcheons, small castings and rubber parts that have been out of production for well over half a century. Reproductions exist for some items, but plenty of small components still circulate only as worn originals. We reproduce them faithfully from your sample - measuring, rebuilding in CAD and manufacturing in materials appropriate to the part, from resin and nylon to CNC-machined or cast metal for hardware.

Concours judges look closely - how faithful is the reproduction?

We reproduce the geometry from your original and match finish as closely as the process allows. Where the original had a casting texture or specific sheen, we discuss the finishing route with you before production.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
