Common problem areas we reproduce
- •Pod switch housings and dash mouldings unique to the 928
- •Air vents, fins and their fragile pivot mechanisms
- •Interior trim and console components
- •Connector housings across the complex 928 loom
- •Small covers, caps and clips in the engine bay and cabin
How it works for your 928
- 01Reverse-engineer
We rebuild the geometry from your original sample - broken is fine.
- 02Design & improve
Weak features are corrected in CAD before manufacture.
- 03Manufacture
Produced in the right process and material for the location on the car.
No need to ship the part - a quote starts with photos.
We work on Porsche 928 (1977-1995) components to order - send photos of any part.

The 928 scene often group-buys parts - do you support that?
Gladly. Once one owner's sample is engineered, we can run a small batch for a club or forum group, which brings the per-unit price down for everyone.
Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
How do I start?
Send photos, rough dimensions and the vehicle details through the contact form; we usually respond within 24-48 hours.
Your project stays yours.
Every part we reverse-engineer and produce is confidential and exclusive to the client. We do not resell, share or reproduce a client's parts for anyone else unless the client explicitly authorises it. NDAs available on request.
