Engine bay detail of a classic European sports car with wiring, hoses and aluminium castings

Porsche 930 Turbo (1975-1989) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order

The original Turbo was built in small numbers with several parts unique to the model, and that low volume works against owners today: instrument-area components, trim pieces and Turbo-specific fittings were never remade once stock ran out. On a car of this value, an ill-fitting improvisation is not acceptable. We reproduce 930 components one-off from your original, holding the geometry that matters and documenting dimensions before shipping.

Common problem areas we reproduce

  • Instrument-area and dash components unique to the Turbo
  • Electrical connector housings in the engine bay and loom
  • Interior trim pieces and switch surrounds
  • Turbo-specific covers, caps and brackets
  • Clips and small fittings shared with no other model

How it works for your 930

  1. 01
    Reverse-engineer

We rebuild the geometry from your original sample - broken is fine.

  2. 02
    Design & improve

Weak features are corrected in CAD before manufacture.

  3. 03
    Manufacture

Produced in the right process and material for the location on the car.

No need to ship the part - a quote starts with photos.

Frequently asked questions

Is a one-off reproduction viable for a single 930 part?

Often yes - single components are core business for us, not an exception. The engineering is quoted once, and where a part needs a minimum quantity to be viable we tell you upfront. If other owners need the same part later, reorders get cheaper because the design is already on file.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.

How do I start?

Send photos, rough dimensions and the vehicle details through the contact form; we usually respond within 24-48 hours.

Your project stays yours.

Every part we reverse-engineer and produce is confidential and exclusive to the client. We do not resell, share or reproduce a client's parts for anyone else unless the client explicitly authorises it. NDAs available on request.
