Porsche 964 (1989-1994) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order

The 964 modernised the 911 while keeping its air-cooled soul - and thirty years on, its supporting cast of plastics is quietly disappearing. Switch surrounds, engine-bay connector housings and HVAC components were tooled for a five-year production run, not a forty-year service life. Values now justify full restorations, which makes every brittle, discontinued small part a project-stopper. We reverse-engineer these components from your samples and remake them to fit like the originals - improved where the originals were weak.

Can you match the satin-black finish of 964 interior plastics?

Yes - we select materials and post-finish (texture, paint) to sit convincingly next to original 964 trim. Send photos of the surrounding parts and we'll match sheen and tone.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
