Porsche 911 G-Series (1974-1989) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order
The impact-bumper 911 stayed in production for fifteen years, which sounds like good news for parts supply - until you notice how many small plastic and electrical components changed year by year and then quietly left the catalogue. Heater levers, relay covers, connector housings and interior fittings were consumables nobody archived. Today G-Series values support serious restorations, and a single missing clip or cracked housing can hold up an otherwise finished car. We rebuild those components from your samples, correcting the brittleness that killed the originals.
Common problem areas we reproduce
- •Loom and sensor connector housings with snapped latches
- •Heater and ventilation levers and their plastic guides
- •Relay and fuse-panel covers with broken tabs
- •Interior knobs, escutcheons and switch surrounds
- •Small brackets and clips that vanished from supply decades ago
How it works for your 911 G-Series
- 01Reverse-engineer
We rebuild the geometry from your original sample - broken is fine.
- 02Design & improve
Weak features are corrected in CAD before manufacture.
- 03Manufacture
Produced in the right process and material for the location on the car.
No need to ship the part - a quote starts with photos.

Frequently asked questions
My G-Series part changed across model years - how do you know which version I need?
From your photos and chassis details. Many G-Series components exist in several revisions; we match the geometry to your sample, not to a catalogue guess, so the reproduction fits your car.
Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One-offs are welcome; small batches simply cost less per unit.
How do I start?
Send photos, rough dimensions and the vehicle details through the contact form; we usually respond within 24-48 hours.
