How we make them
High-detail processes capture edges, lettering recesses and textures; we then match sheen through material choice and finishing. Fine functional detail yes - trademarked logos never.
Typical work: switch surrounds for shark-nose BMWs, console bezels for transaxle Porsches, gauge surrounds for Italian classics.
We reproduce dash bezels & switch surrounds to order - send photos of any part.

Will the new bezel look newer than the rest of my dash?
We match finish and sheen to the surrounding trim as closely as the process allows - send photos of the neighbouring parts and we agree the finishing route before production.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
How does pricing work for a single part versus a series?
Engineering is quoted once; production is quoted per unit and falls with quantity. For parts that need tooling or long machine set-ups there is a minimum quantity for the job to be viable, and we state it clearly in the quote rather than after you have ordered.
Your project stays yours.
Every part we reverse-engineer and produce is confidential and exclusive to the client. We do not resell, share or reproduce a client's parts for anyone else unless the client explicitly authorises it. NDAs available on request.
