Brackets & mounts - reproduction & small batches
Non-structural brackets hold the car's nervous system together - relays, hoses, cables, trim - and when one cracks, everything it held starts migrating. Model-specific brackets disappear from supply early because nobody catalogues them properly. We reproduce brackets from samples or even from the mounting points alone, choosing between glass-filled nylon and CNC-machined aluminium depending on load, heat and location.
How we make them
Geometry from your sample or the mating points, load path reviewed in CAD, material by duty: glass-filled nylon for most, aluminium where stiffness or heat demands it. Safety-critical structural parts are assessed honestly - we decline what should stay OEM metal.

The original bracket is missing entirely - can you still make one?
Often yes: from the mounting points, the component it must hold and photos of another car if available, we design a bracket that fits the space and does the job.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
One part or a batch - how does pricing work?
The engineering is a one-time cost; per-unit price drops with quantity. We quote both so you can decide.
