Reservoir caps & under-bonnet plastics - reproduction & small batches
Heat plus chemicals is the hardest life a plastic can live, and under-bonnet caps, small tanks' fittings and cable guides die from it - cracked, swollen or crumbled. Many are model-specific and long NLA. We reproduce them in temperature-rated, chemically resistant materials selected for the exact location: what survives beside an exhaust manifold is not what a washer-fluid cap needs, and we say plainly what each chosen material tolerates.
How we make them
Sample-based geometry including threads and sealing faces, materials rated for the part's temperature and fluid exposure, sealing function verified. Honest limits: some locations demand metal, and we will tell you.

Can a printed cap really seal against fluids?
With the right process and material, yes for many applications - and where it cannot, we quote CNC or another route instead of overpromising.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
