Gaskets & sealing components - reproduction & small batches
Vintage drivelines depend on seals nobody makes: pump seals, static gaskets and profile seals whose dimensions must be right or the part is decoration. This is dimension-critical reproduction - our Fiat 1100/103 water-pump seals (references 882723 and 841769) are the house example - where we measure sealing faces and interference precisely and select materials for the fluid and temperature involved.
How we make them
Sealing faces and interferences measured from your sample and its housing, materials chosen for fluid compatibility and temperature, dimensions verified before shipping. For dynamic seals we confirm the application in detail at quote stage.
Typical work: water-pump seals for post-war Italian classics, static gaskets and profile seals for vintage drivelines.

Is a reproduced seal reliable enough for a driver, not just a show car?
That is the design brief: correct interference, appropriate material, verified dimensions. Where an application exceeds what reproduction can honestly promise, we say so in the quote.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.

The engineering is a one-time cost; per-unit price drops with quantity. We quote both so you can decide.
