BMW E28 & E24 (1981-1989) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order

The shark-nose BMWs reward originality, and their owners restore accordingly - straight into the wall of NLA switch bezels, trim ends and HVAC sliders. These interiors are full of small mouldings that exist nowhere else in the BMW range, and the used supply is as old and brittle as what you are replacing. We rebuild these components from your samples with the fine details preserved, so the cabin reads correct to people who know these cars.

The lettering on my E28 bezel matters - can you reproduce fine detail?

High-detail resin processes capture fine features well. Purely graphic elements are discussed case by case, and we never reproduce trademarked logos - but functional and geometric detail, yes.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
