E30 vents warp in the sun - will a reproduction do the same?
We select materials with better UV and heat behaviour than the 1980s originals, so the reproduction resists the sagging and chalking that killed the parts you are replacing.
Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
