My Jaguar number was superseded twice - which version do I need?
The one that matches your car, which is why we work from photos of your actual part. The XR811245 / DBC12286 pair on our files is a textbook example of a cross-referenced Jaguar cover.
Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
