Pagoda restorations operate at concours level, and the cars deserve it - which turns every missing small fitting into a research project. Interior fittings, seals and detail hardware have been out of production for half a century, and the surviving originals are often too degraded to reuse. One-off remanufacture is normal in this world, and it is exactly what we do: reverse-engineer from your original or its remains, and deliver a part that belongs in the car.

Frequently asked questions

My original Pagoda part is half missing - can you still work with it?

Usually yes. We reconstruct missing geometry from the surviving half, the mating parts and symmetry, and confirm the rebuilt CAD with you before anything is produced.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
