Common problem areas we reproduce
- •Boot and load-area trim and covers
- •Interior trim components with snapped mounting tabs
- •Console and seat-area plastics
- •Clips and fixings across the cabin
- •Small exterior covers and caps
How it works for your W164
- 01Reverse-engineer
We rebuild the geometry from your original sample - broken is fine.
- 02Design & improve
Weak features are corrected in CAD before manufacture.
- 03Manufacture
Produced in the right process and material for the location on the car.
No need to ship the part - a quote starts with photos.

Frequently asked questions
The same tab breaks on every used W164 part I buy - can you fix that in the design?
That is the point of redesign-and-improve: we identify why the tab fails - usually thin section plus brittle material - and reinforce it while keeping the part a drop-in fit.
Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
How do I start?
Send photos, rough dimensions and the vehicle details through the contact form; we usually respond within 24-48 hours.
Your project stays yours.
Every part we reverse-engineer and produce is confidential and exclusive to the client. We do not resell, share or reproduce a client's parts for anyone else unless the client explicitly authorises it. NDAs available on request.
