Mercedes-Benz 190E (W201, 1982-1993) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order

The 190E has crossed from used car to youngtimer, and the parts market has not kept pace: interior clips, spoiler hardware and ventilation components are drying up while demand from a young, active scene grows. Evo-style builds and clean originals alike stall on the same small plastics. We reproduce those parts from broken originals - clip geometry corrected, thin walls reinforced - so a W201 does not wait months for a fastener.

Are reproduced clips strong enough to reuse repeatedly?

We design them to be. Original clips failed from age and brittle material; ours use tougher engineering polymers and, where sensible, slightly reinforced sections that still fit the original aperture.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
