Mercedes-Benz W203 C-Class (2000-2007) - NLA & hard-to-find parts, remade to order

The W203 is the awkward age of parts supply: too old for full OEM support, too young for the classic reproduction industry. Climate-control trim and air vents are already NLA in several markets, and owners meet the same answer everywhere - discontinued. That is precisely the gap we fill. We reverse-engineer the failed component from your sample and manufacture it to order, so a fifteen-euro piece of trim does not sideline a good car.

Why is a 2005 car already NLA for trim parts?

Manufacturers support fast-moving mechanical parts far longer than cosmetic trim. Once demand drops below a threshold, trim tooling is retired - which for owners means reproduction is the only new-part route.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
