Early water-cooled Passats survive in small, devoted numbers, and their ventilation and dash parts are effectively extinct - the model never had the aftermarket gravity of the Golf, so nobody remade them. When a vent or duct component breaks, there is usually no used option that is not equally brittle. We reproduce these parts directly from your originals, reconstructing damaged areas in CAD, and give the B1/B2 the parts support it never had.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
