The W124 is following its older siblings into classic status, and its parts supply is following the same curve: interior switch surrounds, vent flaps and bumper clip hardware are dropping off the lists one by one. These were fit-and-forget components when the cars were new; now a broken flap inside the heater box or a crumbled clip can mean a dismantled interior with nothing to put back. We remake those components from your samples, one-off or in batches for specialists.

Yes, that is our core model. We engineer the part once from your sample, keep the design on file with your consent, and repeat batches ship without re-engineering cost.

Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?

Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.

Can you produce a single piece, or only series?

It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
