911 612 113 05 (also written 91161211305 or 911.612.113.05) is the 14-pin engine harness connector used across classic Porsche models - 911, 930 Turbo, 914, 924 S, 928, 944 S2, 964 and 968. This page is for its low-profile connector housing, 7.5 mm deep; the 13 mm deep version is 911 612 115 02. After decades of heat cycles the plastic turns brittle: the locking tabs snap and the shell cracks. Replique labs reverse-engineers the housing from a genuine original and makes it to order in MJF nylon (PA12), ready to take your original terminals. Supplied as the housing only - terminals are not included.

Is this the low-profile or the deep version?
The low-profile version, 7.5 mm deep. If your housing is 13 mm deep, you need 911 612 115 02.
Are terminals included?
No - this is the housing only. You move your existing terminals across.
Is this a genuine Porsche part?
No. It is a new reproduction made by Replique labs, an independent manufacturer, designed to take the original terminals.
Which material is it made in?
MJF nylon (PA12): tough, temperature-tolerant and accurate on the latch and terminal-retention features.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
What are typical lead times?
Most plastic reproductions ship within 2-4 weeks of quote approval, depending on complexity and finish.
Will it survive heat near the engine?
We select temperature-rated materials for under-bonnet locations and say clearly what the chosen material tolerates.
Will the colour and finish match my interior?
We match sheen and texture as closely as the process allows, and confirm finish options in the quote.
Do you supply the CAD files?
File ownership is agreed per project - tell us in the RFQ if you need the model as a deliverable.
