928 612 545 00 is the 7-pin female connector housing that plugs into the back of the individual gauges of the Porsche 964 and 993 instrument cluster - the rev counter, speedometer and fuel gauge. It is very hard to find: owners report that Porsche no longer supplies it, and the usual source is a plug cut from a used harness. Replique labs reverse-engineers the housing from an original and makes new ones in engineering nylon, designed to take your existing terminals (for 0.5 to 1.5 mm² wires).

Which gauges does it fit?
The individual gauges of the 964 and 993 instrument cluster that use the 7-pin plug, such as the rev counter, speedometer and fuel gauge. The 6-pin housing 928 612 469 00 is not a substitute.
Are terminals included?
No - the housing only. You move the terminals across from your old housing.

Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
What are typical lead times?
Most plastic reproductions ship within 2-4 weeks of quote approval, depending on complexity and finish.
Will it survive heat near the engine?
We select temperature-rated materials for under-bonnet locations and say clearly what the chosen material tolerates.
