964 612 501 00 (also written 96461250100 or 964.612.501.00) is the plastic joint flange - a sealing flange - on the front wiring harness of the Porsche 964. With age the plastic turns brittle and cracks, and the flange no longer seals. Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
What are typical lead times?
Most plastic reproductions ship within 2-4 weeks of quote approval, depending on complexity and finish.
