154745 is the ball at the pivot of the gear lever in the gated manual gearchange of the Ferrari F355, 456 GT and 456M GT, 550 Maranello and Barchetta, 575M Maranello, 575 Superamerica, 599 GTB and 612 Scaglietti. When it wears, the lever feels loose and can rattle in the gate. The factory part is now supplied to order only, subject to availability and at a high price. We make a new ball in a tough, low-friction engineering plastic as a direct replacement.

Does it fit F1 or automatic cars?
No - it is for cars with the manual gated gearchange. It does not fit F1-gearbox cars or the 456 GTA automatic.
Is this a genuine Ferrari part?
No. It is a new part made by Replique labs, an independent manufacturer.
How long does it take to ship?
Each part is made to order and dispatched within 10-15 working days of your order.
Can you work from a broken or incomplete part?
Yes - fractures, missing tabs and warped areas are normal. We reconstruct geometry from the remaining features, the mating part and symmetry.
There's no CAD or drawing for this part. Is that a problem?
No. Most of what we make has no surviving documentation; we rebuild the model from your sample and photos.
How accurate is the reproduction?
We hold the tolerances that matter for fit and function - mating faces, clip engagement, hole positions - and verify dimensions before shipping.
Which process will you use?
Whichever suits the part: MJF nylon for tough functional plastics, high-detail resin for fine features, CNC for metal or high-load parts, vacuum casting for small series.
Can you produce a single piece, or only series?
It depends on the part, and we are upfront about it. Many components are viable as a single piece and we quote them that way. Others carry engineering, tooling or machine set-up costs that only make sense across a minimum quantity - where that applies we say so at quote stage, with the numbers, so you can decide before committing.
What are typical lead times?
Most plastic reproductions ship within 2-4 weeks of quote approval, depending on complexity and finish.
